Men's Race
Sam Long secured the victory with a final time of 3:36:26, overcoming a nearly three-minute deficit after the swim leg. Long, known for his powerful cycling, used the flat and fast bike course to surge from 20th place and catch the leaders. He continued his dominance on the run to finish nearly three minutes ahead of the competition.
Women's Race
Kirsten Kasper, transitioning from short-course racing, put on a commanding performance in her first appearance at the 70.3 distance. She established an early lead with a blistering swim split and maintained her pace through the bike and run, breaking the tape with a final time of 4:06:08.
