ICAN Nordhausen

The course will begin with the sector Sundhäuser swimming in the lake, for the first challenge in Scheunenhof. The athletes will then depart and ride 90 km by bike, cycling by the spectacular setting at the foot of the Harz Mountains, and Auleben Uthleben direction, reaching Görsbach to continue to Urbach and Steigerthal. The cycling challenge for triathletes will be in Mount Buchholzer Berg, and from there will go Stempeda to rotate in the direction of Buchholz and Petersdorf, before returning to Nordhausen. There will be a smaller run, which runs by Leimbach and Steigerthal, and again by the Berg Buchholzer Stempeda direction, before returning to Nordhausen. In total a cumulative altitude of only 550 meters.
