IRONMAN 70.3 Boise returns and for the first time is bringing the 2026 Experience Oman IRONMAN Pro Series to Idaho this weekend, drawing professional and age-group athletes from around the World to a destination known for its blend of outdoor adventure and urban energy. Set against a backdrop of rolling foothills, winding rivers, and vibrant downtown scenery, the race offers competitors a true taste of the American West. Athletes will begin their journey with a 1.2-mile swim in the clear waters of Lucky Peak Reservoir before heading out on a 56-mile bike course that showcases Boise’s rural landscapes and local neighborhoods. The race concludes with a fast and spectator-friendly 13.1-mile run along the Boise River Greenbelt, where athletes will follow shaded riverside paths on their way to an exciting downtown finish line celebration.
