DESCRIPTION:The 1.9km swim course takes place in the calm waters of Bainiao Lake, the largest artificial lake in Shanghai’s park system.
The 90km bike course connects three distinctive zones of Haiwan Town - western sports vitality, central ecological leisure and eastern sports trends - weaving through the stunning southern Shanghai coastline, Luhua Wetland Park, and the vibrant Hainong Highway district.
The 21km run course passes through key landmarks including Meiyuan, Zhuyuan, Bird Island and Bainiao Lake, immersing athletes in the forest park’s natural “oxygen bar” environment.
