DESCRIPTION:During the Garmin Iron Triathlon Plock participants can choose one of three distances: 1/2 IM, 1/4 IM, 1/8 IM.

Swimming – at the distances of: 0.475 km (1 lap of 0.475 km), 0.95 km, 1.9 km, (1, 2 laps of 0.95 km). Expected water temperature in May in the Sobótka reservour will range between 15°C and 18°C. The reservoir is 2-4 meters deep. Starting from the water. Wetsuits allowed.
