DESCRIPTION:Laponia Triathlon 67°N is a full distance triathlon above the arctic circle in northern Sweden. The race start is at midnight. The presence of the midnight sun makes it possible to have this unique race experience. The 3.8k swim takes place in a lake with reasonably warm water (typically 16-18 °C). The 180k bike is undulating through the Laponia territory wild life such as reindeers, moose and bears. The 42k run is challenging with a climb up the Dundret mountain.
