Big run on “best old race”
All start places for DATEV Challenge Roth on July 12, 2015 were booked up within a few minutes. On Monday (July 28) the online registration process had been launched at precisely 10 a.m., and no more than 54 seconds later all of the available places for foreign athletes were gone. After 1:10 minutes all Slots for german athletes had been gone too.
Relay places booked up as well
All the relay places for DATEV Challenge Roth on July 12, 2015 are now booked up as well. Right after the online registration process had been launched at 10 a.m. on Monday, there was a real run for the places, and they were all gone after 34 seconds.
During the Winners’ Award Ceremony on July 21, athletes already had the opportunity to register personally for the 2015 race and to acquire a code for an additional start place. Around 1,000 individual athletes and 250 relay teams used this opportunity (which resulted from an online voting among athletes in spring).
TEAMCHALLENGE is very sorry that they weren’t able to accept all applications of interested athletes due to the big run on the Roth triathlon event. Unfortunately, the capacities of DATEV Challenge Roth cannot be increased for safety reasons and in order to maintain a high competition quality.
TEAMCHALLENGE invites all athletes who weren’t lucky enough to get a start place for Roth this time, to take part in any other competition of the word-wide Challenge Family, and to experience the famous “Challenge Spirit” there! Be a part!
